Cobb County Safety Village, built on a 8 acre site, is the most comprehensive safety training environment in the region where our residents and business community gain knowledge through hands on experiences....a place where the walls come alive with knowledge while instructors share the most advanced techniques and ideas for making our community safer. Local organizations are invited to construct reduced-scale buildings at a limited number of sites in the safety village. These life like streets include sidewalks, traffic signals and a variety of structures that represent our community. These structures will become an integral part of the learning experience. Gazebo

Safety Village Hosts Autism Speaks Safety Fair

In response to a growing concern about our loved ones with autism and their safety, Autism Speaks Georgia, in partnership with the Cobb County Safety Village, offered a two-part safety experience over the weekend for first responders, local autism organizations, and families in the metro Atlanta area.

Live power line demonstration teaches safety lessons

This summer, Cobb EMC sponsored a series of Family Fun Safety Days, which promoted safety awareness to more than 1,500 people. The event took place at Cobb County Safety Village in Marietta and featured an assortment of activities including water safety games, finger printing and up-close looks at emergency vehicles.
