Due to the emergency caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the CDBG Program Office will be extending the deadline for CDBG, HOME, and ESG applications to Friday, May 1, 2020 at 4 p.m.

As previously announced, the grant application workshop scheduled for 2 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2020 at the Ron Anderson Recreation Center has been cancelled. If you had planned to attend the meeting or you have questions regarding your application, our staff is available to offer one-on-one assistance remotely.

2021 HUD Grant Application Rating Form

The Cobb County CDBG Program Office utilizes a scoring system to evaluate all grant applications. Reviewers will consider each of the criteria listed in the Application Rating Forms below to determine the merit of each application.
