The Cobb County CDBG Program Office is soliciting applications for the Emergency Food & Shelter Program (EFSP) Phase ARPA-R.   In FY 2021, FEMA awarded $400 million from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Public Law No. 117-2, Section 4007 to the EFSP National Board.  Cobb County was allocated $602,772.00 in EFSP Phase ARPA-R funding.

Application Cycle:  Monday, March 7, 2022 - Friday, March 25, 2022

A n Application Workshop Webinar will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. to provide nonprofit organizations an opportunity to learn more about the application process and information to assist with strengthening their organization’s grant application.
