The Cobb County CDBG Program Office is accepting applications for the Phase 39 of the Emergency Food & Shelter Program from Friday, May 7, 2021 to Monday, June 7, 2021.

ABOUT EFSP
The Emergency Food and Shelter National Board Program (EFSP) is a Federal program administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and has been entrusted through the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act of 1987. Eligible activities for EFSP include the following:
- Emergency Rent/Mortgage/Utility Assistance
- Mass Shelter
- Supplies/Equipment
- Served Meals
- Support Services
- Rehabilitation/Repairs
Nonprofits are required to have at least 2-years experience directly related to the proposed activity.
VIRTUAL APPLICATION WORKSHOP
A virtual workshop will be held to provide interested nonprofit organizations information on the grant application process.
