Phase CARES Emergency Food & Shelter Program (EFSP)
The Cobb County CDBG Program Office will be accepting grant applications for Phase CARES Emergency Food & Shelter Program (EFSP) to expand the on-going efforts and provide Shelter, Food, and Supportive Services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cobb County Phase CARES award is $375,818.00. Applications will be accepted electronically until Friday, May 22, 2020.
