A Public Review Meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, August 5, 2024 to receive comments on the amendment of Program Years (PY) 2023 & 2024 Annual Action Plans for the reallocation of unexpended Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds.

A total of $84,260.23 in unexpended Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from various subrecipient projects in PY 2023 - $31,216.75 and PY 2024 - $753,043.48 is available for reallocation. In compliance with this HUD regulation of timely expenditures, our Office is recommending the reallocation of program funds to Zion Keepers, Inc. for Public Facility Renovations. The proposed funding recommendations will be included on the regular Agenda at the Cobb County Board of Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.
