At its Tuesday meeting, the Board of Elections and Registration certified the results of the May 21, 2024, General and Nonpartisan Election.

The election resulted in two runoffs, one on the Democratic ticket for the US House race in District 14 and the second on the democratic ballot for the Cobb Commission District 2 contest.  The board set the runoff and Advance Voting dates for the runoff.

Advance In-Person voting will occur at three locations from June 10 through June 14. These locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on those five days.

The runoff date is June 18, 2024.

Only those who voted using the Democratic ballot in the May 21 race, or voted nonpartisan, or did not cast a ballot in the May 21 election are eligible to vote in this runoff.
