DYK - This weekend marks the TENTH ANNIVERSARY of the 2009 floods that touched so many in Cobb County.  I for one will always remember where I was and what we went through, and for thousands, this was an event that forever changed their lives.  Here’s a look back at what happened and how Cobb County responded to this unprecedented event.
