Squarecrows on the Square in an annual scarecrow contest in which local businesses, interest groups, non-profits, etc. set up displays to raise awareness for their perspective programs. Cobb County CASA is excited to have “Squarecrow Joe” representing CASA and our mission of advocating for children in foster care in this years’ contest.
