The Court being concerned about the inclement weather occurring; and after consultation with the Chief Judge of each court listed above; and Cobb County Government having determined that government offices are closed until 8:00 AM EST on January 17, 2024, due to inclement weather;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opening of the Cobb County Superior Court, State Court, Magistrate Court, Probate Court, and Juvenile Court are closed until 8:00 AM EST. on January 17, 2024.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all filing deadlines currently set for said date are hereby extended until 5:00 PM EST on January 17, 2024.
