Learn how to safely use commonly prescribed pain medications as a pharmacist will guide you through topics such as: how to talk to your doctor, possible complications/ how to avoid them, how to recognize an opioid overdose and how to safely store and dispose of unused medications. You will be trained in how to use naloxone as well as leave with a box of naloxone for your first aid kit. Additionally, there will be a drawing for a fingerprint safe that can be used to safely store medications.
