Take a moment out of your busy day to enjoy an hour of Zen.
This monthly program offers adult participants an opportunity to enjoy library resources and relaxing activities in a less stimulating environment.
This monthly program takes place in the library’s Community Room and offers stations such as creative writing, coloring, yoga, and guided meditation. It may be ideal for:
• Those with sensory sensitivities
• Neurodiverse friends and family
• Senior patrons
• Anyone who prefers less stimulation
• Anyone experiencing anxiety
