Senior wellness programs offer an array of benefits and opportunities that make it easy for older adults to be proactive about their health.

Join our instructors on select Wednesdays for our Senior Wellness Series. Most exercises can be performed from a seated position. All ages 18 + are welcome.

 

Fall/Winter Schedule:

2nd Wednesday of the month: Chair Yoga with Nancy Sauer

3rd Wednesday of the month: Falls Prevention with PT Solutions

4th Wednesday of the month: Meditation with Neetu Sharma
