Mindful Arts Qigong

In this ongoing class, participants will learn how to begin to find the stillness within by relaxing the mind and body and living more in the present using our easy-to-learn Mindful Arts system.
Class topics include :
- 5 Element Qigong form
- Mindful breathing
- Mindful body scan
- Mindful stretching
Each class begins with gentle warm up exercises and ends with slow cooling down exercises. Handouts will be available for further study. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
Jim Beasley has been training in the martial arts over 30 years and teaching for more than 25 years. He has earned the rank of black belt in three martial arts.
