American Red Cross Blood Drive
Save a life and participate in a Red Cross community blood drive. Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. It is essential for surgeries, cancer treatment, chronic illnesses, and traumatic injuries.
Eligible donors must be at least 17 years old (16 with written parental consent). There is no upper age limit to donate blood! Please bring a form of photo ID.
Appointments can be scheduled online at www.redcrossblood.org. Walk-ins are also welcome.
Tips for a successful donation: Eat lunch before donating blood, drink plenty of water, and get a good night’s rest! Eat foods rich in iron (red meat, fish, poultry, prunes, raisins, green leafy veggies, beans, etc.).
