Senior wellness programs offer an array of benefits to the aging population. They provide opportunities that make it easy for seniors to be proactive about their health.
Join our instructors on select Wednesdays for our Senior Wellness Series. Most exercises can be performed from a seated position. All ages 18 + are welcome.
Summer Schedule:
1st Wednesday of the month: Tai Chi with Charlene Lee
2nd Wednesday of the month: Chair Yoga with Nancy Sauer (July's class moved to July 3rd)
3rd Wednesday of the month: Falls Prevention with PT Solutions
4th Wednesday of the month: Meditation with Neetu Sharma
