Let’s visit Campania the south-western portion of the Italian peninsula. Chef John will be making; Rucola della Piana del Sele (Arugula Salad),  and Spaghetti Puttanesca ( tomatoes, olive oil, olives, anchovies, chili peppers, capers, and garlic). Samples will be provided.
