A Delinquency Complaint was filed with the Juvenile Court of Cobb County on 07/26/2019. The Cobb County Fire and Emergency Services Fire Investigation Unit continue to investigate a fire incident which occurred at 1890 County Services Parkway in Marietta, Georgia.

Preliminary findings indicate that on the morning of 06/17/2019, a 15-year-old male trespassed onto Cobb County Government property and intentionally set fire to a semi-tractor trailer truck and water tanker.

As a result of the investigation, the subject is currently being charged for the offense of Arson 2nd, Degree.
