Cobb Cultural Affairs offers the citizens of Cobb County many creative and entertaining outlets for their leisure activities. Whether you are looking for a watercolor, clay or acting class, theatre performance,outdoor concert, gallery exhibition or arts related birthday party, this unit will have your program (or create it for you!). With three arts centers in East, West and South Cobb, the Civic Center Complex, the historic Mable House and the Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre the creative possibilities seem endless. Classes are offered on a quarterly basis for children 18 months through senior adults. Visual and performing arts camps are offered in the summer for ages 3 - 18.
Cobb Cultural Affairs also offers two performing arts seasons each year. If you are looking for a national tour of a musical or a big name artist, look towards the Anderson Theatre's Encore Season from January to April. How about a great outdoor concert? The Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre provides performances from May to September each year.
