Congratulations to Zeb Holcomb, Richard Hurst, Ed Shannonhouse, Scott Martin, Kevin Grumbein, Chris Thomas, Justin Bryant, Dalton Guest, William Eaves and Eddie Lance for being standout employees! On January 6, 2018, Cobb County Water was called to 2763 Douglas Court due to a broken water main. Ms. Mark, at the above address, sent an email to express her appreciation for the professionalism and quick response.

She stated, “They could not have been nicer (willing to answer my questions) and hard working. They cleaned up that day as best they could. They came back and washed down the street the next day, and also, I believe, power washed the last of the mud. Their hard work and good attitudes should be rewarded in any way possible. Please, thank them for me. Please, also be sure to let them see my email so they know how grateful I am. In an age of so many who don’t care to do the right thing, your crew of men did the kind of job that sets an example for others.”

Our work often goes unnoticed or taken for granted with the public, so when a customer or citizen takes the time to commend you on work performed I feel it is my duty to formally acknowledge your hard work and dedication to completing this job to the high standards of the Water System. It is employees like you and your coworkers that make Cobb County a great place to work, and for our customers, a great place to live.
