Office Wars!

While Emily Steeves, Environmental Compliance, was on vacation she came back to a spider web decorated cubicle thanks to Jeremy Eaves, System Maintenance.

It took Emily 21, 50 sqft rolls of wrapping paper and help from Matt Rose to decorate Jeremy’s office. It took about 4 hours to create this masterpiece. Way to go Emily!

The Season for Giving

Cobb Christmas
cobb christmas check

Historically, Cobb Water staff have been generous to others more needy during the holiday season. This year was no different. A check was given in the amount of $1,284.89, this from donations on behalf of Cobb Christmas. In addition, a toy drive during the Water System Holiday Open House yielded a barrel of unwrapped toys for children. Thank you for your generosity!

CCWS Liz Sanchez presents check to Carolyn Bridges, Chief Program Officer with the Center for Family Resources.

Environmental Compliance gives to Toys-For-Tots

The environmental compliance division enjoyed putting a twist on this year’s secret Santa gift exchange by purchasing gifts for the “kid version” of their co-workers. Everything was then donated to Toys-For-Tots. Not only was it fun, but it supported a great cause and hopefully put smiles on the faces of many children within our community.
