Judge Gerald Moore

Gerald Moore received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis and his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. Judge Moore is admitted to practice law in California, Georgia and Arizona.

He currently serves as a principle in his own creditor rights law practice. In addition to his private practice, he was appointed in 2003 by the State Attorney General to serve as a Special Assistant Attorney General representing the Georgia Department of Revenue.

Judge Moore remains an active alumni to Santa Clara through his continued support of scholarships and moot court competitions related to the study of Human Rights Law at the International Global Policy Institute. Judge Moore and his wife, Erin, have two sons and have resided in Cobb County for twelve years.
