Born in Atlanta, Georgia while my father was at Georgia Tech. He became an Architect in the early 60’s. So, our Family got our roots under a Father who as an Architect taught us many things about Design & Construction. He hired me to work when I was 15 and I got to design my first home a short time later. I also went to Georgia Tech and studied there for my Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Architecture. And of course, Architectural History is required as a major part of our studies in Architecture. Also during College, my wife & I went to Europe for a Study Abroad which gave us so many insights into the Architectural History of our world. That was a wonderful experience.
In 1984 my dad & I formed our own Architectural Practice here in Atlanta and I learned so many things about the Business world along with making our Designs come to Life.
We have lived in East Cobb since 1994 where all our sons graduated from High School. My wife is currently on the City of Kennesaw’s Historic Preservation Board and we have worked on numerous Historic Projects during our career in the Architectural Market.
