Senior Exercise #1990

Monday Golden Zumba #1231

Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create a low impact aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. It combines high energy and motivating music with unique body sculpting movements that allow the participants to dance their way to better fitness. Exercising has never been more fun.

Beginner Tai Chi #1920

Tai Chi is a "moving meditation” class for new students with less than two years of experience. Discover the benefits of this ancient form of martial arts which will improve balance, agility, strength, and coordination. This unique class will help you flow through your everyday life.

Intermediate Tai Chi #1922

Beginner Strength Training #1907

Strength class will involve the entire body. We will use weights which will include hand held as well as ankle weights if you are able to bring them. We will also be using our own bodies as weight involving multiple body parts which will in turn improve our balance. With a little mild cardio in the beginning to warm our bodies up, and some mild stretching at the end, you will leave this class feeling toned and calm.  Bring 2 or 3 pound weights, a towel, a mat, and resistance band (beginner or intermediate level based on our ability).

Beginner Ballroom Dance Hustle #1987

This is an exercise class that utilizes chair aerobics as an alternative to floor exercise.
This instructor led-class uses resistance bands, free weights, some walking, and stretching. Please bring your own resistance band.

Intermediate Ballroom Dance Bronze I & II Foxtrot #1988

The foxtrot is a smooth, progressive dance characterized by long, continuous flowing movements across the dance floor. Ballroom dancing is a great way for people of all ages to get in shape and stay fit. Improving Movement & Mobility #1968

Our brain is to our body, as an engine is to a car. Using brain and nervous system based movements, exercise, and techniques we can help our bodies by increasing range of motion (ROM). If you would like to improve the quality of your movement and mobility, this class is for you. Bring a towel, mat and wear comfortable clothing & socks.

Line Dance with Sylvia #1106

Put some spring in your step. Come join our beginning line dance class, where you will learn all the boot-scooting country line dances, maybe even the electric slide, and some oldies like the stroll.

Soul Line Dance #1108

Soul Line Dance is designed for the new line dancer as well as those who have some prior dance experience. You will learn standard dance steps. These steps will be used to perform beginner & intermediate dances. Participants will learn current and older favorites. As new dances are introduced in the Soul Line Dance Community, they will be covered in the curriculum.

Chair Yoga #1962

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  This class will help with flexibility, improve muscle tone, and builds balance to help prevent falls.  In addition to a good stretch, you will also enjoy other health benefits of yoga including better breathing habits, reduction of stress, better sleep, and a sense of well-being. This class will incorporate breath work, humor, and fun facts about your body.
