Registration for Spring 2018 classes begins Monday, April 2 for both in-person registration & online registration at 9:00 am.

Monday

Focus on Fitness #3208 I

$10 Cobb resident; $12 Non-resident
April 16 – July 2 (No class May 28 and June 25)
Come out for total-body workout to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, and coordination. This class provides aerobic and strength training in an energetic environment.


Aqua Aerobics: Arthritis #3159
Instructor: Mountain View Aquatic Center
10:00 am – 10:55 am
$2.00 Cobb resident; $3.00 Non-resident (pay at Aquatic Center) plus $2 transportation(limited) due at registration

Fitness is a splash at this pool party. This is an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise in shallow water. Bring a change of clothes, towel and pool shoes if preferred.


Strength Training #2914

Have fun while moving through a variety of exercises geared to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights are provided for resistance.


Tai Chi for Arthritis #2913

Tai Chi is designed for fall prevention and suitable for any fitness level. Movements taught in this class will improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints.

Slide Steppin’ Dance Party #3444
