Learn to paint using two of the most popular dry mediums. This is an intermediate/advanced class...drawing skills and a working knowledge of composition, value and color are re-quired.  Supply list is available.

Sketching Your World: Intermediate #1147

For people having some drawing and watercolor experience or have been in the beginning Sketching Your World class. Focus will be on pen and watercolor sketching frequently in a sketch book. One half or more of our class time will be sketching out of the building at various locations. In the classroom we will cover various topics such as watercolor pallets, mixing wa-tercolors, perspective, composition, and other topics. Supply list is available.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, balance, and flexibility. Hand-held weights and bands are used for resistance; and a chair is used for stretching. Bring your own (light) weights.

Circuit training is a total body challenge that is designed to combine resistance training and low impact aerobics. You will strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system, increase muscular strength and endurance, and improve agility, balance and flexibility through various stations. The stations will provide you the opportunity to work at your own individual pace making the class suitable for anyone!

Tai Chi #1370

Sketching Your World: Beginner #1152

We will be exploring beginning sketching skills and materials. The goal is to help those new to sketching develop basic skills in sketching, using pen and watercolor, and to begin exploring their world through frequent sketching in a sketchbook. Supply list is available.  

Total Body Conditioning #1404

The class focuses on muscle strength, cardio endurance, balance and flexibility. Weights, re-sistance bands and exercise balls will be used to safely perform seated and standing exercises to get fit and have fun.  Please bring hand weights and resistance bands.

Yoga for Joint Health #1308

This gentle class introduces basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation methods at a slower pace in a safe environment. Oil Painting #1287

A series of eight workshops designed to learn painting with oils: fundamentals of materials, color mixing, basic painting application techniques, composition, and many more. The instruc-tor will provide all supplies. We'll use water-based oil paints; no mineral solvents!
