Now is the time to order plants and support Cobb 4-H program

You have the chance to support Cobb's 4-H program and receive great plants during the plant sale fundraiser. Pre-orders are being accepted now through 5 p.m., Friday, March. 23. This year's theme is "Wonderful World of Pollinators!" Many of the plants offered will not only add color to your yard, but will also attract beneficial pollinators to your landscape. Some of the plants available include blackberry, blueberry, azalea, camellia, crape myrtle, edgeworthia chrysantha, fig, gardenia, hydrangea snow queen and Japanese painted fern. All plant sale proceeds will benefit the Cobb County 4-H youth development program, supplies, judging teams, scholarships and professional development. Orders will be accepted via walk-in at the UGA-Cobb Extension office, with debit/credit card, cash, money order or check. Mail-in orders will be accepted with check or money order. All checks should be made out to Cobb Co. Extension/4-H and all sales are final.
