Cobb E911 Hiring Event is Saturday at North Cobb Regional Library

The Cobb E911 Hiring Event is Saturday, April 30 from 10 am to 4 pm at North Cobb Regional Library, 3535 Old 41 Highway, Kennesaw 30144.

The Cobb County Department of Public Safety E911 Emergency Communications Center is promoting Emergency Communications Officer as an ideal career choice for individuals with good communication and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under stressful conditions. Officials will be on hand at the recruiting event to answer all questions and computers will be available on location to start the hiring process.

The agency is certified by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and serves as the E911 call and dispatch center for the Cobb County Police Department, Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services, City of Marietta Police and Fire, and the Cobb County Sheriff’s Department.
