An arson arrest warrant was obtained on 04/24/2019. The Cobb County Fire and Emergency Services Fire Investigation’s Unit continues to investigate a fire which occurred at 1584 Knox Drive, Marietta, Georgia.

It was determined that on the afternoon of 04/24/2019, a fire was intentionally set inside the single-family dwelling at said location. 

As a result of the investigation, 40 year old male Johnny Guy Miller was taken into custody and charged with two counts  Arson 1st Endangerment and Arson 1st Insured. Mr. Miller is currently being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond.
