For an in person review at one of our locations, when requesting a Plan Review Appointment for a new application add text in the job description field; If it is a re-review/revision add text the NOTES section. You can also request to have a virtual meeting or a phone call while your plans are reviewed.
MobileEyes allows contractors and municipalities to submit an application for a Plan Review and track submitted jobs.

| All Types Plans | Name and phone number for application contact |
| Tenant / Building plans | Square footage & number of stories |
| Sprinkler Plan | Must provide permit number & number of SPK heads |
| Fire Alarm plans | Must provide permit number & number of FA devices |
