An arson arrest warrant was obtained on 07/24/2019. The Cobb County Fire and Emergency Services Fire Investigation’s Unit continues to investigate a fire which occurred at the Lowe’s located at 1717 East West Connector, Austell, Georgia.

It was determined that on the evening of 07/21/2019, a fire was intentionally set inside of a utility trailer at said location. 

As a result of the investigation, 26 year old male Austin Albriton Yawn was taken into custody and charged with Arson 1st Insured and Criminal Damage 2nd Degree. Mr. Yawn is currently being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center..
