An arson arrest warrant was obtained on 08/09/2019. The Cobb County Fire and Emergency Services Fire Investigation Unit continues to investigate a fire which occurred at the Joker’s Audio located at 2925 Canton Road, Marietta, Georgia.

It was determined that on the morning of 04/16/2019, a fire was intentionally set involving a motor vehicle at said location. 

As a result of the investigation, 35-year-old Timothy Daniel Coots was taken into custody on 08/12/2019 and is being charged with Arson 1st Insured, Insurance Fraud, and Giving False Statements. Mr. Coots is currently in the custody of the Cherokee County Sherriff’s Department awaiting transport to the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.
