The Cobb County Police Department’s Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Unit is investigating a serious injury vehicle collision that occurred on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at 12:23 p.m. on George Busbee Parkway north of Busbee Drive.

A black 2016 RAM 1500 was travelling north on George Busbee Parkway. The RAM left the lane of travel, entered the center median, and collided with a tree.

The driver was identified as 44-year-old Joshua J. McDonald of Waleska. Mr. McDonald was transported to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
