Cobb County will submit its 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan,  2021 Annual Action Plan with list of projects funded with 2021 CDBG, ESG, & HOME programs to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or before November 15, 2020, or at such a date thereafter prescribed by HUD.

A Public Review Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. to receive comments on the draft Consolidated Plan, 2021 Annual Action Plan and 2021 CDBG, HOME and ESG funding recommendations.  The proposed Plan drafts and 2021 funding recommendations will be included on the Tuesday, November 10, 2020 Board of Commissioners' Agenda.

A 10-day public comment period commences on Thursday, October 8, 2020 and will conclude on Thursday, October 22, 2020.
