PUBLIC REVIEW MEETING NOTICE:  Reallocation of Unexpended CDBG and HOME Program Funds

The Cobb County CDBG Program Office will hold a Virtual Public Review Meeting on Wednesday, October 15, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. to receive comments on the reallocation of unexpended Program Years (PY) 2019-PY2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds and PY2018- PY2020 HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program funds.

HOME PROGRAM RECOMMENDED BUDGET INCREASES
The following organizations are recommended for an increase of their current budgets as a result of program income expenditures:

PY2019 HOME PROGRAM
Cole Street Development Corporation: $129,534.91
PY2020 HOME PROGRAM
Cole Street Development Corporation: $21,588.46

CDBG PROGRAM RECOMMENDED REALLOCATIONS

City of Austell: $10,768.28
Cobb County Façade Program: $20,000.00
Special Needs Cobb: $100,000.00

PY2020 CDBG PROGRAM
The City of Austell: $4,795.72
