Robbery by Force Arrest

42-year-old Oluwole Olushola has been arrested and charged in the June 4th attack at the Publix parking lot at 2451 Cumberland Pkwy. After he was identified as a suspect, the U.S. Marshal’s Metro Fugitive Task Force located him and took him into custody today. In addition to the initial Robbery charge, Olushola faces numerous other charges ranging from Battery to Fraud as the investigation continues. The Cobb County Police Department would like to thank the public for all the tips that came in following the initial release.

Robbery by Force

Cobb County Police are looking for a male suspect who punched an 84-year-old woman in the face before stealing her purse. The incident occurred on the morning of Tuesday, June 4th, in the parking lot of Publix at 2451 Cumberland Parkway in Vinings (30339 zip code). Immediately after forcefully robbing the elderly victim, Sondra Dillon, the male suspect made his getaway in a 2005 Toyota Camry with a drive out dealer tag. The distinct Camry has extensive damage to the driver-side rear passenger door. Anyone with information about the vehicle and/or suspect is asked to contact the Cobb County Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit at 770-499-3945.
