On May 28, 2019 at 7:00 a.m. Cobb County Police Officers were dispatched to 2665 Favor Road apartment 2E in reference to a person down call. Upon arrival, they located 36-year-old Ericka Stewart of Marietta deceased inside a maroon 2005 Nissan Altima. The vehicle was located in the parking lot in front of building 2E. The Cobb County Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene and assumed jurisdiction over the body. This is being investigated as a homicide and we have no suspect information to release at this time. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with any information in reference to this incident is asked to call the Cobb County Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit at 770-499-3945.
