Detectives in the Cobb County Police Department’s Special Victims Unit (SVU) have charged 34-year-old Charles Madison of Norcross, GA, with Child Molestation, Statutory Rape, and Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes (Warrant #19-W-8328). He is being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond.

On July 28, 2019, the SVU began an investigation of Madison, who works as the band director at Imhotep Academy (a private school in the City of Atlanta). The investigation resulted in the above charges related to one victim, but it is possible there may be additional victims.
