This is the 2nd annual Cobb Police Athletic League (PAL) 5K. Participants are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite sports gear or as their favorite athlete. There will be a contest for “Best Dressed” at this family-friendly event. The race will be held at Green Meadows Preserve, 3780 Dallas Hwy, Marietta, GA on April 13, 2019. Race begins at 8 a.m. The TOT TROT for 6 & Under will begin at 9 a.m. There will be music, games, contests, and much more. And the best part? The profits will benefit the Cobb Police Athletic League (PAL) Program.

RACE DAY TIME LINE

• 7:00 am - Race Day Registration/Packet Pickup begins
• 7:45 am - Depart for Start Line/Packet Pickup ends
• 8:00 am - 5K Run/Walk
• 9:00 am – Kids Tot-Trot

ABOUT THE PAL PROGRAM

The PAL Program is a nationwide program designed to utilize sports as a basis for positive interaction between police officers and youth while also providing a foundation for good decision making and productive time management.
PAL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to prevent juvenile crime and violence by providing civic, athletic, recreational, and educational opportunities which create trust and build understanding between law enforcement and youth.
