Cobb County Superior Court Juror Instructions
For Jurors Summoned in Cobb County Superior Court for the Week Beginning May 20, 2024
Please locate your Pool Group Number on your jury summons and adhere to the following instructions:
Jurors in Pool Groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are REQUIRED to report at the designated time listed inside the top right corner of your jury summons on Monday morning, May 20, 2024, to the first floor Superior Court Jury Assembly Room. Please enter the building at 70 Haynes Street, Marietta, Ga, 30090.
If you still need to confirm your jury attendance, please complete it online at our website BEFORE REPORTING at www.cobbcounty.org/superiorcourtjury. Please click the link "Confirm Jury Attendance".
Parking Instructions:
Please park in either Jury Lot "A", located at 147 Dobbs St. Marietta, Ga or Jury Lot "B", located at 122 Waddell St. NE Marietta, Ga. You can also use Parking Deck "P" at 191 Lawrence St. Marietta, Ga if there is no space left in lots "A" or "B" and we will validate your white ticket. DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THESE THREE LOCATIONS.
Jurors in Pool Groups 12 and 13 are NOT required to report on Monday, May 20, 2024, at all. However, Pool Groups 12 and 13 are required to call the Juror Information Line (770-528-1757 option 1) or check the website (www.cobbcounty.org/superiorcourtjury, then click "Daily Juror Instructions") at 7 P.M. Monday to see if you will need to report for Tuesday morning.
Please remember that all pool groups are under a court-ordered subpoena. Therefore, jurors are required to follow the instructions given by the court.
