Registration is now open for Cobb Senior Services upcoming chalk art contest from 9 to 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 22. Participants will decorate parking spots at their senior centers and prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place. First place winners from each center will be posted on Cobb Senior Services' Facebook page and the entry with the most "likes" will win a $50 Amazon gift card.

The contest will be held simultaneously at Freeman Poole Senior Center, North Cobb Senior Center, Senior Wellness Center and West Cobb Senior Center. Tim D. Lee seniors will participate at Harrison Park. Registration closes Monday, Sept. 14. You can register online or over the phone.
