About the Event

Cobb Restore 360 logo

Due to Covid-19 issues, we must postpone our June 27, 2020 record restriction event.

We are hoping to have the event rescheduled for this fall. Please check back July 1 for updates. We will have information on how to get signed-up on our event email list and information about our Summer Virtual Job Fair.

If you do not want to wait until the fall, you may always apply for a record restriction with the law enforcement agency where you were arrested. There may be costs associated with such application. For more information, please consult gbi.georgia.gov.

Please feel free to email 360recordrestriction@cobbcounty.org if you have any questions.

Eligibility for Record Restriction

  • Arrested in Cobb County
  • Not convicted
  • Completed a pretrial diversion program
  • Acquitted
  • Completed first offender
  • Completed conditional discharge

Preregistration required. You must have valid Georgia or US photo ID.
