A voter may request to be removed from the Cobb County Voter Registration List under the following conditions:

• voter is deceased
• voter has moved out of state
• voter no longer desires to be registered to vote

To cancel your Cobb County Voter Registration, please follow these steps:

1. Download and complete:
   •  Registration Cancellation form 
   •  All applicable fields are require
2. Print and sign the completed form
   • The provided signature must match your voter record
   • If the voter is deceased, the signature of the requestor is required
3. Submit the completed form via

   • Fax: 770-528-1193

Once the signed Registration Cancellation Form is received, verified, and processed the voter registration will be cancelled in the system.
