In January 2024, Energage conducted and analyzed the 2024 Employee Satisfaction survey. Founded in 2006, Energage is a leader in employer recognition and engagement measurement. They help build and brand Top Workplaces. The survey was initiated in the first quarter of 2024 by the Human Resources department at the direction of the county manager as part of Cobb’s pledge to conduct an employee satisfaction survey every five years. Regular Employee Satisfaction Surveys provide meaningful insight from staff and show them the Board of Commissioners (BOC), county manager, and county management are interested in their welfare and perspectives.
