KCB Eco-Classes 

Oct. 7th, 9th,

Join us for some interactive and fun eco-classes 

  1. Upcycled Jewelry-Making 
  2. Recycled Craft Class 

Locations: North Cobb & West Cobb Senior Center. C. Freeman Poole Center, Senior Wellness Center, Parks 

Pop-Up/Drop-Off Recycling Event 

Oct. 5 / 8am -12pm - Kroger Shopping Plaza 1310 Powers Ferry Rd. 

Recycling made easy- coming near you! 

Join us in supporting our community and habitat for humanity with their summer/fall aluminum can drive - proceeds from aluminum cans go to building more homes! 

Drop off aluminum cans, cardboard, hard-to-recycle plastics, and more! 

Harvest Festival 

Oct. 12 / 10am - 4pm - Mable House Amphitheater 5239 Floyd Rd. SW

Join KCB at our table to learn more about our litter prevention, beautification and recycling initiatives and events; and find out more about how you can get involved. 

Paint Recyling Event 

Oct. 19 / 9 am - 12pm - Jim Miller Park 2245 Callaway Rd. 

Ready, Set, GO! Cobb County Residents it's time to properly recycle/dispose of your unwanted paint. Join us and drop off up to 10 gallons of paint for free at our Paint Amnesty/ Recycling collection event. 

Medication Disposal 

Oct. 26 / 10am - 2pm Tim D. Lee Senior Center - C. Freeman 

Safely dispose of unused and expired medication by bringing them to our FREE event! 

Items accepted: Prescription meds, over the counter meds, liquid and pills, ointments and creams, pet meds

Community Recycling Event

Nov. 9/  9am - 1 pm Jim R. Miller Park 2245 Callaway Rd. 

Join us for our annual fall recycling collection event: 

Paper shredding, electronics, metals, textiles, heavy renew (hard-to-recycle) plastics
