Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services Engine 28, Rescue 28, and Metro Atlanta Ambulance were dispatched to a Village Podiatry Center for a person fainted. Upon arrival, they located Tommy Lacy, a 48-year-old male, in sudden cardiac arrest with CPR being performed by the physician, Dr. Mike Laur, and his assistant, La Vonna Jasso. Company 28 assumed CPR and shocked the patient twice with an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). Mr.Lacy regained consciousness before arriving at the hospital.
