When a caller to Cobb County’s 911 started treating E911 Officer Desmond Harris like he was the caller’s girlfriend, he knew this was no ordinary call.  An Uber driver had a passenger making threats, so she called 911 acting like she was talking to a friend.  

Harris quickly picked up on her distress and was able to get all the necessary information from her while coordinating police response.  A Marietta PD Officer was behind her in minutes and the incident ended peacefully.
