Food Service Establishments (FSE's) who need to do a name change or ownership change must submit an FSE Permit Renewal Application and contact the Grease Management Program via email at FOG@cobbcounty.org or phone at 770-419-6430.
- An inspection of your grease trap device may be required.

FSE’s who do a renovation/remodel/addition must submit plans to our Plan Review team for approval at CCWSplanreview@cobbcounty.org.
- It is required that a grease trap inspection be done prior to a grease trap being installed, replaced, or repaired to ensure that the systems are properly sized, functioning properly, and are compliant with County standards and design specifications.
- The required frequency for maintenance and/or reporting of your FSE’s grease trap is specified on the FSE’s Discharge Permit.
