Water Bill Payment Options

New Account Number Required To Make A Payment

All customers have been assigned a new account number.  The new account number appears on the top right side of the bill, below the amount due and payment due date. 

  • If you had an online account prior to May 1, 2024, your account likely migrated to the new system.  Login in with your email address and use the temporary password emailed to you on May 5-10, 2024.  If the email is not in your Inbox, try checking your Spam/Junk folder. If you do not have an email or are having trouble logging in, email watercustomerservice@cobbcounty.org for assistance. (You may use Quickpay to make a payment, while waiting on assistance with accessing your online account.)
  • If you did not have an online account in the old system or it did not migrate over (see FAQs), you will need your email address, your account number (appears near the top right side of the bill, below the Please Pay By date) and the activation code (located above the payment coupon) printed on your current bill to setup a Customer Self-Service (CSS) Portal account.

During this time, late fees or disconnections are paused.
