Water and sewer rates for customers located inside city limits of Marietta, Smyrna, Austell, Kennesaw, Powder Springs, and Acworth are slightly lower to account for the portion of the Water System’s revenues that fund stormwater services which do not benefit properties inside city limits. Customers within the city of Mableton receive stormwater services from Cobb County and are charged unincorporated water and sewer rates.
