Rain gardens serve multiple purposes in our landscape. They help improve local water quality, provide habitats for wildlife, and add interest and value to your yard. If you have a soggy, depressed area or an area where rainwater consistently flows across your property, consider working with nature to create a rain garden.
Cobb County Water System has a demonstration site at the Water Quality Laboratory that is open to the public. Feel free to visit us and see how to set one up.
